Our mission is to empower, inspire, and connect a community of strong Black and brown single mothers, women, and girls worldwide.

We have revolutionized our approach to community-building, providing single mothers with the necessary tools to create stronger families. To achieve this goal, we actively seek out new partnerships and resources that empower our community to thrive.

 

Our founder became a single mother in 2005 and experienced firsthand the challenges of raising a child alone. It was a time of isolation and overwhelming feelings of failure. Only after her daughters had grown up did she gain a new perspective on this experience. The Strongest Single Mothers Initiative was launched in 2021 to offer single parents support, resources, and knowledge.

 

We are committed to providing single parents with the help they need to provide the best lives for their children and themselves. Our engaging programs and events promote a positive lifestyle for single mothers and their families, building a stronger community worldwide.
